Mikey Greenblatt

Growing up, I often saw Jewish comedians making fun of Judaism or relying on stereotypes. I didn’t see anyone who truly represented the average religious Jew. I wanted to show that it’s possible to stay true to who you are and still succeed in comedy. With a background in improv and acting, I was already part of the entertainment world. Comedy felt like the toughest but also the most rewarding path because it allowed me to write my own story and control how I presented myself on stage. During these dark times it is important now more than ever to bring light to the world.
